Radhika Mandke-Godbole is the Managing Director of Smt. Sudhatai Mandke College and has been associated with the institution since 2014.
With a student-centric and progressive approach to education, she has led several initiatives focused on holistic development, employability, and modernizing the learning environment.
She has played a key role in strengthening industry-oriented learning through Mandke Institute for Learning Employable Skills (MILES), creating a direct pipeline between courses and careers through practical, skill-based training and exposure.
A former professional tennis player, Radhika brings discipline, resilience, and performance-driven leadership to education management.
